NATURALLY ZERO SUGAR
Our wines are externally lab tested to meet the official requirements to be called zero sugar. Our fermentation process removes the sugar after the alcohol is fermented, meaning the yeast consumes the sugars, producing alcohol and carbon dioxide as byproducts. Every bottle is lab-tested to ensure it meets the zero sugar standard, with no additives, artificial sugars, or grape concentrates.
LOW CARB

BLAUFRÄNKISCH
With an intense ruby red core and a short, violet rim, this Blaufränkisch is slightly earthy and spicy. The nose is characterized by the scent of blueberries and blackberries as well as cinnamon cloves and pepper. Cloves, blueberries and a subtle earthiness also appear on the fruity palate. With dry, animating acidity and grippy tannins, this red wine has a firm body with a spicy, long finish.

ROSÉ

The Grüner Veltliner presents itself in the glass in a light golden yellow with a fresh, youthful nose and the aroma of green apple and lemon. It develops some spice on the palate, particularly in the form of the white pepper characteristic of Veltliner. The slightly exotic aroma is supported by good, fresh acidity and a round body. Elegant, medium finish.

LEO HILLINGER: THE PASSIONATE WINEGROWER
Leo Hillinger is an entrepreneur whose heart beats for viticulture. Renowned both as an entrepreneur and a winegrower, he leads his internationally recognized operation with passion and commitment. His wine estate cultivates 100 hectares of vineyards around the Neusiedler See and the Leithaberg region, exporting wines to over twenty countries. Hillinger’s vision has always been to create top wines as close to nature as possible. Beyond winemaking, he is an investor, marketing strategist, and sports enthusiast, involved in ventures such as the bike shop Mountainbiker.at and the South African winery Constantia Glen.
Hillinger’s journey began with apprenticeships at European and Californian wineries, followed by the purchase of twelve hectares of vineyards. In 2004, he established his estate in Jois and opened several Wineshop & Bar locations across Austria. Recognized as ‘Entrepreneur of the Year’ by Ernst & Young in 2012, he has continually reinvested in his winery, ensuring it remains one of the most modern in Austria. Today, his estate, which exports fifty percent of its production globally, has grown to over ninety hectares.
